Gently wash the transplanted area within 48 hours using a mild shampoo. Protect the scalp from direct sunlight with a hat or sunscreen. Avoid strenuous activities for at least a week to allow the grafts to settle. Keep the head elevated while sleeping to reduce swelling. Refrain from smoking and limit alcohol consumption. After undergoing a NeoGraft procedure, it takes time for the transplanted hair follicles to go through a normal growth cycle and for visible results to become noticeable. Final results are best seen 12-18 months after.
